It’s that simple: stop overwhelming tasks

Break down complex tasks that are actually projects made of many tasks into those tasks. I suggest writing it in a your Todo list as a full sentence especially the verb. For example: Clean desk at home.

Every thing is a skill-issue

Learn what you need for the skill you want, won’t be easy, but once you start and shut distractions off (I build best in silence) you can start executing toward the thing you want to learn and deal with problems as they come. (got this idea from her →)

My second website

Make the first for your enemy, the second for your friend and the third for yourself. Welp I’m making them all one by one for myself what can you do :P. I’ve been working on my second website for about a week now. I’ve included edited and copied many things such as: Animated Gif (see GIF below), links and thumbnails to all my projects, my project archive, Quality of life features that allow you to jump around the site like back to the top if you want to reread something, my recommended learning sites I named “learn em’ up“, and other great advice links, and finally of course the Metadata. Took a while to make but it looks cool and embeds work! I still want to add more projects and products to the website and store and polish some thumbnails, and and and… For now I’d say it’s presentable and a big improvement on my last website which is enough for now ^^. Having full control of all the code is awesome! (It’s a long GIF just keep scrolling down)

P.S. if you want to make your website and don’t know how I’d suggest you just try it! I personally started with learning some HTML and CSS basics with Free Code Camp courses and then just dealt with other problems as they came. Didn’t understand code? Use ChatGPT. Don’t know how to host a website? Use GitHub Pages and the documentation (it’s FREE!).

My first After Effects artwork

that I made for the animation!

It took me ages (3h) to figure out how to export a working importable video from Adobe After Effects, yet I prevailed with a little motivation from another person I was in a Discord call with, they were nice. I like to just chill in the Blender or other art Discords sometimes, it’s a bit distracting but also motivating when you need if get lucky and get to hang and meet with a cheerleader type person.

Self-image upgrade

I like many others believed positive affirmations don’t work, but they DO!

I’ve now just straight up thought to myself okay I am no longer a pseudo lazy person energy lacking person. I am motivated and energetic (passionate and caring <3) person who strives to achieve their goal even if it means overcoming the inevitable hurdles and I will enjoy conquering my demons and bottlenecks. I usually write the affirmations a bit shorter but you get the jest of it ^^.

My favorite examples of previous affirmations:

Pushing the boulder is fun (Sisyphus)
- I am someone who pushes the boulder and lives a disciplined life going through the hardships so I get to own my day
- Pushing the boulder is fun (I just wanna mention it again cause I repeat this the most by far!)
You can do this!
Mantra: I am loved and it would guide, + “don’t be a wimp” - my friend
I have already curated and prioritized my most important tasks, I can trust my curation and now focus on execution of my curated tasks.
Follow your habit list and life will be easy
I am a happy and motivated person
Wanna get skilled at something but your not? Skill issue Get good noob!
Today’s affirmation: I am caring passionate and energetic

I also got some other nifty things which helped up my self image

Got my watch fixed by my kind grandparents <3<3<3
New Keyboard I bought from selling some invested stock savings
And I took a shower… It works. Take showers kids… (I do at minimum one every 3 days now)

✨ASPIRE✨ don’t just inspire

My friend in Creative Sessions told me “✨ASPIRE✨ don’t just inspire“. She really has a point! It’s a good reminder for my art to be practical and assist others in striving to get what they want. But then again I also like light-hearted content that just makes people smile, maybe I can even aspire with the little projects I’ve got going around now.

Being a nerd 👾

Kids go to sleep early, it’s sooo worth it! In bed no phone and head to sleep around 10 PM works for me.

Typing fast

KeyBr.com is a great tool for learning how to type fast and accurate! I am actually barely in the top 10% of humans when it comes to typing speed.

Code & bird chirps

I read the blog from the developer Slice & Dice and he planted this ever growing seedling in my mind that A code is cool and B I want to get away from Berlin to somewhere with calmer weather but still be near an industrialized area. I think Holland would be nice. It’s got biking infrastructure, water, and a high Happiness Index.

Do you know how to mechanically execute!?

I wish I had the superpower to work 12-15 h days, yet I feel or am to spoiled to get even anywhere close to those numbers, but I believe I need those numbers to achieve my dreams…

What should I do? *sigh*

I learned to:

Capturing more images in my blog and making it look pretty with gifs
Capture more Personal, Inspiring, Useful, Surprising moments
Organize my file system based of his PARA system, most importantly sort your folders by Project.
